This online health coaching program is perfect for anyone looking to improve their overall health, lose weight, or feel better in their skin. Here's what you can expect from the Program:

Week 1: Setting Goals and Creating a Plan In the first week of the Program, you'll work with me to set specific, achievable goals and create a plan to achieve them. You'll also learn about the fundamentals of nutrition and healthy eating habits.

Week 2-3: Building Healthy Habits In weeks two and three, you'll focus on building healthy habits that support your goals. This includes developing a consistent exercise routine and learning how to prepare healthy meals and snacks.

Week 4-5: Mindset and Self-Care In weeks four and five, you'll explore the importance of mindset and self-care in achieving optimal health. This includes developing mindfulness practices and learning how to manage stress effectively.

Week 6: Putting It All Together In the program's final week, you'll put everything you've learned into practice. You'll work with me to review your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. You'll also learn to maintain healthy habits over the long term.
